At DELTA+SKY, a rooftop BBQ restaurant atop Omiya Rakuun — a one-minute walk from the east exit of Omiya Station — this summer brings a limited-time "cooling experience fair."
With recent summers growing increasingly hot, more people want to enjoy BBQ outdoors even in the heat, while also worrying about the heat itself.
DELTA+SKY is proposing a new way to spend summer that makes the most of its open rooftop setting, pairing cold drinks and limited-edition sweets with hands-free, full-scale BBQ.
The rooftop BBQ can be enjoyed in all kinds of settings — with family, friends, couples, or coworkers.
Summer-Only "Cooling Experience Fair"
Beyond BBQ, DELTA+SKY is rolling out a lineup of summer-only menu items designed to make the hot season more enjoyable.
Beer Frappe: A frozen beer with a new, shaved-ice-like crunchy texture. This DELTA+SKY original stays cold and delicious all the way to the last sip, even in summer heat.
Boozy Shaved Ice: An adults-only shaved ice made with alcohol, best enjoyed while catching the evening breeze — a new take on summer dessert. (Non-alcoholic options are also available.)
House-Made Lemon Sour: DELTA+SKY's original lemon sour, made with carefully selected ingredients, comes in a distinctive lineup including:
- Shonan Shiosai Ginger
- Sea salt lemon from the Sea of Okhotsk, Hokkaido
- Honey lemon made with Seto Inland Sea lemons
House-Made Sangria: Available in both red and white, finished with a fruity, easy-drinking flavor.
All BBQ plans come with free-flow soft drinks, and guests can upgrade to free-flow alcohol for an additional fee, with a choice of more than 100 drinks including beer, highballs, sours, shochu, and cocktails.
BBQ plans include a Standard Plan, a Premium Plan, a Seafood & Beer-Can Chicken Plan, a Student-Only Plan, and a Bring-Your-Own-Ingredients Plan, so guests can choose based on the occasion.
Since all the equipment and ingredients are provided, guests can enjoy full-scale BBQ completely hands-free.
