Dessert Choux, a new cream puff brand from Beard Papa's operator DAY TO LIFE Co., Ltd. (President: Kenkichi Sugiuchi, Headquarters: Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture), is opening a limited-time pop-up store at Tokyo Gift Palette "Weekly Palette" from Saturday, January 31, 2026, to Sunday, February 15, 2026, for the Valentine's Day period. During this period, Tokyo Station will be the only place in Japan to experience Dessert Choux. The new product "Pavé de Choux Chocolat" will be available as a winter-limited item.
Story
"Dessert" refers to the dessert that concludes a French course meal. A usually casual "choux" dressed up into a special dish for today. One bite and you'll forget everything, becoming absorbed in the taste. A little something special in everyday life.
With this sentiment, we created a new cream puff.

[Winter Limited] Pavé de Choux Chocolat
Topped with caramel and almond slices on choux pastry, baked until fragrant, and finished with a half-dip in couverture chocolate. Using "Fleur de Sel" (flower of salt), a completely sun-dried salt from Camargue in southern France, the salted caramel is carefully cooked to create a rich, deep flavor. Combined with the bitter, smooth melt of chocolate, this is a special winter-limited baked confection.
