About the Film: Detective Conan: Fallen Angel of the Highway
Story
Conan, Ran, Sonoko, and Kogoro head to Yokohama Minato Mirai for the "Kanagawa Motorcycle Festival," along with Masumi Sera, an avid motorcycle enthusiast. Suddenly, a mysterious runaway "black motorcycle" leaps over their car and disappears — and chasing it is Chihaya Hagiwara, a traffic enforcement officer of the Kanagawa Prefectural Police whom Ran once knew as "the goddess of the wind." After an intense car chase, Chihaya's bike is wrecked and the suspect narrowly escapes.
Upon arriving at the festival grounds, the group witnesses the unveiling of a state-of-the-art police motorcycle called "Angel." Soon after, reports emerge that the runaway black motorcycle — now called "Lucifer" for its resemblance to Angel — has appeared in Tokyo, shaking off the Metropolitan Police. The true identity of the culprit and the motive remain a mystery, as memories of Chihaya's younger brother Kenji Hagiwara and his fellow officer Jinpei Matsuda keep surfacing in her mind.
