Fuji-Q Highland Ramen Festival 2026 Brings Six Ramen Shops From Across Japan to Yamanashi, November 13 to 15

Fuji-Q Highland in Fujiyoshida City, Yamanashi Prefecture, will hold the "Fuji-Q Highland Ramen Festival 2026" (FUJI-Q ラーメンまつり2026) for three days, from Friday, November 13 to Sunday, November 15, 2026. The event is co-hosted with Television Yamanashi (テレビ山梨) and brings together popular ramen shops from across Japan. Park admission is free.

This is the third ramen event held inside the park. Six ramen shops from around the country will gather at the venue, including 本家第一旭, a long-established Kyoto ramen shop. The lineup covers a range of styles, including niboshi shoyu, salt tonkotsu, seafood tonkotsu shoyu, miso, and salt, and each bowl reflects the character of its region. Highlights include a niboshi soba with chewy extra-thick noodles and a salt ramen that concentrates the flavor of kinmedai (golden eye snapper). Visitors can compare popular ramen from shops across the country in one place, whether they come as ramen fans or with their families.

New this year is the "FUJIQ Ramen Rally" (FUJIQラーメンラリー), which combines ramen with the park's attractions. Visitors who buy one bowl of ramen at the venue and ride one attraction in the park will receive "Kenki Ice" (ケンキアイス), an original frozen treat tied to Television Yamanashi's popular program Sugoroku (スゴろく). Visitors who buy two bowls of ramen at the venue and answer a survey will receive a "Zekkyo Priority Ticket" (絶叫優先券), which shortens wait times for popular attractions.
