Fujiya Hotel's Bakery & Sweets Picot in Hakone has launched three new autumn-inspired treats, available from September 1st through November 30th, 2025.
The new seasonal offerings showcase autumn's finest ingredients through expertly crafted pastries and sweets. Visitors can indulge all five senses with vibrant colors, enticing aromas, rich flavors, and delicate textures, all while enjoying the beautiful natural setting of Hakone.

Pumpkin Canelé - ¥380
This seasonal canelé features pumpkin powder and liqueur, aged for two full days before baking. The result is a treat with a crispy, fragrant exterior and a moist, chewy interior. Each bite delivers the natural sweetness and rich aroma of pumpkin, perfectly capturing the essence of autumn.
Chestnut Sweet Bread - ¥500
A delightfully soft sweet bread filled with a special mixture of marron paste, white bean paste, and chopped candied chestnuts. This charming creation packs autumn's flavors into an appealing package that's as beautiful as it is delicious.
Pumpkin Pudding - ¥750
Rich pumpkin sweetness meets slightly bitter caramel in this indulgent pudding. Pumpkin pieces and seeds add an interesting textural element, creating a sophisticated dessert that celebrates autumn with every spoonful.
