About Fujizakura Heights Beer

Fujizakura Heights Beer is brewed using precious spring water that has percolated through Mount Fuji over several decades, and crafted with brewing techniques developed at the Doemens Academy, one of Germany's rare state-certified brewing schools. Most ingredients are imported from Germany, and the beer is 100% malt (with some exceptions). Because it is unfiltered, the beer retains live active yeast, preserving its natural flavor and aroma.
The Four Standard Varieties:
Pils – A premium lager characterized by a balanced interplay of aroma hops and bitter hops (Alcohol: 5.0%)
Weizen – Fruity aroma and refined flavor, approachable even for those who usually find beer too bitter (Alcohol: 5.5%)
Rauch – A smoked beer, a specialty of Bamberg, Germany, and a rare style in Japan (Alcohol: 5.5%)
Schwarzweizen – A dark beer that combines crisp character with sweet, fragrant notes, offering a new take on dark beer (Alcohol: 5.0%)
Room-Temperature Storable Varieties

Since October 2025, centrifuge-filtered, room-temperature storable versions — "Pils Filtered" and "Weizen Filtered" — have been added to the lineup. These varieties maintain the same quality as the original brews while enabling storage at room temperature.
