GGCo., a collection of urban-style cafes operating four locations across Tokyo including Kamiyacho and Gotenyama, will introduce spring-limited breads and sandwiches from March 2 (Monday) to May 29 (Friday), 2026. The seasonal menu celebrates spring with cherry blossom, matcha, and fresh spring vegetables.

GGCo. is known for its carefully drip-brewed coffee using deep-roasted beans. The cafe expresses seasons and trends through its bread menu concept called "Cafe de Saijiki" (Seasonal Calendar at the Cafe), offering products that delight both visually and in taste.
The 2026 spring theme is "Enjoying the arrival of spring with gentle aromas and light flavors through bread and sandwiches." The menu features cherry blossom-scented breads, focaccia and sandwiches incorporating spring vegetables, ranging from sweet breads to savory items that capture the spirit of the season.

Pink-colored dough layered with cherry blossom bean paste and custard, topped with strawberries and cherry chips. The gentle acidity of strawberries combines with a charming spring-like appearance.
Matcha Anpan - ¥380

Brioche dough infused with matcha, layered with matcha custard cream, tsubuan (chunky sweet red bean paste), and mochi-like gyuhi. Garnished with adzuki beans and gold leaf, delivering the rich flavor of matcha with elegant sweetness.
Spring Vegetables and Bacon Focaccia - ¥380

Thick-cut bacon and Camembert cheese combined with asparagus, broccoli, snap peas, and radish. The bechamel sauce enhanced with sour cream and lemon, accented with black pepper, creates a spring-inspired focaccia.
Chicken and Rapeseed Flower Basil Sauce Sandwich - ¥630

Soft white bread filled with chicken and rapeseed flowers (nanohana), paired with basil and mayonnaise sauce. A sandwich that captures spring's light and refreshing flavors with the fragrance of basil.
Jerk Chicken Sandwich - ¥630

Chicken marinated in jerk chicken seasoning, combined with crisp red onions. The moderate spice stimulates the appetite in this flavorful sandwich.
