This month's theme centers on three colors: the deep richness of chocolate red, the pink reminiscent of fruits and flowers, and the gentle lingering white. The collection expresses the gradual hints of spring emerging through the cold with both color and flavor.

Starting in February, the Nagatacho store will begin offering fried donuts on a limited selection basis. The Omotesando store has expanded its lineup centered on fried donuts, with additional baked and steamed donut options, preparing recommendations tailored to the neighborhood and visiting customers' needs.
In the cold February weather, the Omotesando store's terrace enjoys good sunlight and provides heaters. The Omotesando store's operating hours have changed from January to 11:00 AM to 5:30 PM, while the Nagatacho store maintains its regular hours.
