GODIVA's 100th Anniversary Brings a Luxurious Collaboration Ice Cream Cake "Trésor" by Emmanuel Ryon

As part of its 100th anniversary celebrations, GODIVA Japan is releasing a special ice cream cake — "Trésor – An Ice Cream Cake with Three Chocolates" — developed in collaboration with French pastry chef and ice cream artisan Emmanuel Ryon. The product will be available via the GODIVA Online Shop from April 13, 2026 (Monday). This is the third collaboration piece between GODIVA and Ryon, created to commemorate the brand's centenary milestone.

A Cacao-Inspired Ice Cream Cake

The "Trésor" ice cream cake celebrates the allure of cacao — a signature element of GODIVA's brand identity — in frozen form. Inspired by the shape of a cacao pod, the cake layers three distinct chocolate flavors: a dark chocolate sorbet made with aromatic Mexican cacao, a milk chocolate ice cream with a refreshing yuzu peel accent, and a smooth white chocolate ice cream with vanilla bean. The cake is encased in a chocolate shell modeled after a cacao pod, with a coating crunch adding a satisfying textural contrast.
