GODIVA Japan Corporation, in collaboration with Aim Services Co., Ltd. and its subsidiary MEFOS Co., Ltd., brings GODIVA-supervised special menus to employee and student cafeterias nationwide through the end of March 2026, including Valentine's Day. This marks the first time a food service company has offered GODIVA-supervised menus.
GODIVA's Executive Chef Chocolatier/Pâtissier Yannick Chevolleau and Aim Services' Chef Pâtissier teamed up to create desserts using Belgian chocolate and dishes adapted from Belgian regional cuisine.
This initiative has garnered significant attention since its announcement, bringing a sense of luxury to everyday dining spaces. Cafeterias across the country have received positive feedback, showcasing the potential for "new dining experiences" that transcend traditional cafeteria offerings.
Many locations sold out immediately upon launch, with some facilities experiencing substantial increases in visitor numbers. Diners expressed surprise with comments like "I never expected to enjoy this quality of menu at a cafeteria," reflecting satisfaction that exceeded expectations.
Beyond tangible results like sellouts and increased servings, the menus sparked emotional responses of "happiness," "surprise," and "delight" nationwide.
