Grand Hyatt Tokyo (Minato-ku, Tokyo; General Manager: Michael Golden), a dynamic luxury hotel towering above the urban bustle, will offer the Spring Garden and Bunny Afternoon Tea at its all-day dining restaurant French Kitchen from April 1 (Wednesday) to May 31 (Sunday), 2026.

Spring Garden and Bunny Afternoon Tea Concept
The Spring Garden and Bunny Afternoon Tea captures the scene of rabbits playing in a garden gleaming with fresh greenery from spring to early summer. The sweets feature bunny-shaped carrot cake made with the rich aroma of spices like cinnamon and nutmeg combined with the natural sweetness of carrots, a silky blancmange topped with bunny ear-shaped chocolate, adorable bunny chocolates, and other bunny motifs scattered throughout.
Additionally, green-colored sweets reminiscent of fresh greenery adorn the table, including rich matcha opera cake with Uji matcha and smooth ganache, fragrant pistachio mousse enclosing sweet-and-sour cherry jelly, and waffles featuring the fresh aroma of melon.
Savory Selection

The savories include a mini burger featuring buns baked in the shape of bunny ears, sandwiching a patty and carrots, a rabbit's favorite food. Enjoy the flavorful harmony created by the juicy patty, cream cheese, and carrot rape with the sweetness of carrots and the acidity of vinaigrette sauce. Other spring-colored items include matcha crepes wrapping sea bream and potato paste, matcha sandwiches with moist low-temperature cooked chicken and egg salad, and carrot and onion quiche with cumin.
