Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba's open, light-filled buffet restaurant Garden Dining will hold an "Autumn Premium Harvest Festival" celebrating the season's flavors, running from October 2 (Friday) to November 29 (Sunday), 2026, on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
The fair brings together dishes suited to the season, including chef-carved "Domestic Beef Roast Beef," a "Salmon and Ikura Seafood Rice Bowl, Hitsumabushi Style" where guests top their bowl with as much ikura as they like, and "Matsutake Mushroom Rice," one of autumn's signature flavors.
The "Domestic Beef Roast Beef," sliced by a chef in front of guests, is a Garden Dining specialty that lets diners savor the full flavor of domestic beef leg meat. The "Matsutake Mushroom Rice" offers the rich fragrance unique to autumn. For the "Salmon and Ikura Seafood Rice Bowl, Hitsumabushi Style," guests top their bowl generously with ikura to taste, then pour dashi over it to enjoy as ochazuke — two ways to enjoy a single bowl.

For dinner, a "Soup-Style Autumn Hamo and Matsutake in Cartoccio," served one plate per guest, is also available. Seafood and matsutake are combined in a rich soup blending seafood and white dashi flavors, then wrapped and baked in transparent heat-resistant film to preserve the aroma and flavor of the ingredients all the way to the table. Additional dishes make use of seasonal autumn ingredients such as pumpkin, chestnut, bonito, and hamo.
For dessert, the lineup includes the classic autumn sweet "Purple Sweet Potato Mont Blanc," a "Pumpkin Basque Cheesecake" made with sweet pumpkin baked to a golden finish, and a "Pear Belle Hélène," featuring pear compote paired with sponge cake and chocolate sauce.
