SEASCAPE TERRACE DINING at Hilton Tokyo Odaiba is reopening on July 13, 2026 (Monday), as part of the hotel's large-scale renovation that began in February 2026. The all-day dining restaurant on the 2nd floor will launch with a refreshed interior design and a new wellness-centered concept.
Concept: "My Perfect Blue Seat"
The restaurant has been redesigned to create a space where guests can unwind in front of the open waters of Tokyo Bay. Offering views of the Rainbow Bridge and Tokyo Tower, the new interior features white and ivory tones accented with gold and seaside green. Curved furniture guides the eye toward the scenery, and the space is designed to let in natural light and sea breezes.
A Wellness Approach to Buffet Dining
The buffet menu focuses on organic vegetables from the Kanto region and fresh seafood delivered directly from Toyosu Market. The lineup includes fermented ingredients and nutrient-rich foods, and gluten-free menu items are always available for health-conscious diners.



Double Signature Menus
Salt Koji-Marinated Wagyu Beef Round Roast
The lunch signature dish is a domestic Wagyu beef round marinated for 48 hours in shio-koji, a Japanese fermented seasoning. The process draws out the meat's umami while keeping it moist and tender. It is served with condiments including truffle sauce, Maldon sea salt (by appointment to the British Royal household), and horseradish cream. Guests can also enjoy the beef as a rice bowl or tucked into bread for a sandwich-style serving. For dinner, the signature shifts to a domestic beef sirloin roast beef.

Jewel-Like Photogenic Sweets
The dessert spread, crafted by the hotel's pastry chef, includes a colorful macaron tower as well as cakes and tarts decorated with seasonal fruits and edible flowers.
