The featured item is the "White Peach and Blue Curaçao Summer Night Closing Parfait," a seasonal creation inspired by the summer sea.
The bar lounge, known for its panoramic views of the Tokyo skyline, has been offering after-dinner "adult desserts" that incorporate the bar's own spirits. The new summer parfait pairs seasonal white peach with blue curaçao—an orange-scented liqueur—to create a tropical flavor profile.
