As part of the "GRAND PATISSERIE" fair at GRANSTA TOKYO — the station-mall inside JR Tokyo Station — Mr. CHEESECAKE will begin selling a new limited-edition flavor starting March 1, 2026 (Sunday). The new item, "Mr. CHEESECAKE Petit Classic with Berry," pairs the brand's signature Classic cheesecake with a sweet and tangy berry jelly, available exclusively at the GRANSTA TOKYO store.
The GRAND PATISSERIE fair gathers artisan sweets at the Gin no Suzu area, celebrating flavors crafted with care and made to be loved for years to come. The concept: helping visitors find their own personal "treasure" among timeless, quality confections.
Mr. CHEESECAKE Petit Classic with Berry
This new flavor builds on the beloved Classic base, topping the cheesecake with a mixed berry and strawberry jelly infused with Timut pepper — a spice known for its citrusy aroma. The combination delivers a well-balanced contrast between rich, creamy cheesecake and the bright, sweet-tangy flavors of the berries.
Chef Tamura shared his intention behind the flavor: "GRAND PATISSERIE attracts visitors of all ages and tastes. I wanted to create a flavor that everyone can genuinely enjoy, while still feeling distinctly Mr. CHEESECAKE — something that's timeless yet special, and enjoyable in any season."
