GREEN SPRINGS, the wellness-themed mixed-use complex located near JR Tachikawa Station North Exit, is undergoing its first-ever renewal in spring 2026. Several new shops are scheduled to open one after another from April through June. Here is a look at what's coming.

The Dragonfly Bar — Reopening April 1
Ahead of the new shop openings, The Dragonfly Bar — which houses one of only 18 Bösendorfer grand pianos (the "Dragonfly" model) made worldwide — is set to reopen on April 1 after a period of closure.
The bar's menu has been refreshed, with a vision of offering guests a space to engage all five senses, creating "memorable moments to pause." During the daytime it functions as a relaxing retreat; at night, it operates as a full-fledged bar where guests can enjoy music and cocktails in a calm atmosphere.
Located in the same building as the multi-function hall TACHIKAWA STAGE GARDEN, the bar also serves as an ideal post-concert hangout, and can accommodate private events and piano live performances.
