HakataCCo 2026 (ハカタッコ), a maternity and family festival at Fukuoka Island City Forum, is set for Sunday, May 24, 2026. The event supports the health and well-being of families raising children in Fukuoka, and last year drew a record 7,840 visitors — its highest attendance ever. This year's program is packed with workshops, stage performances, and hands-on activities. Admission is free, with a full advance reservation system in place so families can enjoy the day at their own pace.
Stage: Hero Show and Parenting Talk
The stage area offers programming for all ages.
Doguenjers Stage Show: Fukuoka's own tokusatsu hero team, the Doguenjers (ドゲンジャーズ), takes the stage for a live action show.
Midwife YouTuber HISAKO Talk Session: HISAKO, a midwife YouTuber who has raised ten children of her own, will hold a parenting Q&A session that has become one of the most anticipated programs at the event each year.
Activity Booths: Job Play and Baby Races
Job Experience & Workshops: Children can don a lab coat and try being a pharmacist for a day at the Ohga Pharmacy booth, alongside a range of parent-child craft and learning workshops.
Crawling Race (Hai-hai Race) & Walker Race (Kata-kata Race): These baby milestone races are always a crowd favorite. Little ones race toward the finish line while the whole venue cheers them on.
Around 40 Exhibitor Booths and a Stamp Rally Prize Draw
About 40 companies will exhibit at the event, offering samples and demonstrations of the latest baby and childcare products. Visitors who collect stamps across the booths can enter a prize draw. Prizes include a pair of hotel stay vouchers and dinner tickets at The358 SORA, a popular hotel on Island City.
Visitor Gift: Orgaman Souvenir Bag
Visitors who reserve in advance will receive an original tote bag featuring Orgaman (オーガマン), the pharmacist hero character, filled with souvenir goods. Quantities are limited, so early reservations are recommended.

To manage crowd flow and ensure safety, the event operates on a full advance reservation system. Entry is divided into time slots, with capacity of approximately 8,000 visitors in total. Some popular programs — including the HISAKO talk session, the crawling and walker races, and the children's pharmacist experience — require a separate advance reservation on a first-come, first-served basis, in addition to the standard entry reservation.
