(headquartered in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, President: Kazuyuki Yanagimura), a consolidated subsidiary of Sunfrontier Fudosan Co., Ltd., will rebrand "Joitel Hotel Osaka Shinsekai" (located at 2-10-9 Ebisu-Higashi, Naniwa-ku, Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture, 103 guest rooms), operated by Japan Urban Hotel Development Co., Ltd., as "Hiyori Hotel Osaka Shinsekai" on February 1, 2026.
Osaka is one of Japan's premier tourist cities, attracting travelers from both domestic and international destinations. Centered around "Minami," the heart of Osaka tourism, the area offers diverse enjoyment including walking tours, dining, and entertainment. Among these, the Shinsekai area, centered around Tsutenkaku Tower, is a vibrant tourist district that retains Osaka's distinctive atmosphere and character.
