Hotel Metropolitan Edmont in Tokyo's Chiyoda Ward will host the "Spring Berry Collection" at its Dining Café "Beltempo" and Bar "Carousel" from March 15 (Sunday) to April 30 (Thursday), 2026.
The event showcases spring ingredients paired with seasonal berries, featuring strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries in a variety of dishes, desserts, and cocktails. Guests can enjoy the rich aromas, unique sweetness, and vibrant spring colors that vary by origin and variety.
Dining Café "Beltempo" - Dinner Buffet
The dinner buffet at "Beltempo" features a diverse menu incorporating spring ingredients and seasonal berries. Highlights include carpaccio of fresh fish with strawberry and pomegranate sauce served with pickled radish, and a refreshing cold strawberry soup with mint.
For dessert, guests can indulge in strawberry tart and strawberry panna cotta, plus a pancake station where diners can freely top their pancakes with fresh berries.

Dish options include "Milano Salami and Berry Ricotta Cheese Pizza, Garden Style," "Oven-baked Pork Shoulder with Strawberry Foie Gras," and "Carpaccio of Fresh Fish with Pickled Radish and Strawberry Coulis," among four seasonal selections.
