New Chilled Sweet: Fresh Fruit Danish (Mango)

A new type of chilled sweet debuts at the shop, timed for early summer. The pastry features buttery, flaky dough layered with a house-made custard cream prepared with "Egro Royal" eggs, Hokkaido fresh milk, and vanilla beans. Fresh, in-season mango is generously topped over the custard for a cool, fruity combination.
Returning Seasonal Flavor: Framboise Basque Cheesecake

The raspberry-flavored basque cheesecake is back for the season. Premium Pain de Mie m (Fig Coffee) — ¥600
The shop's signature Premium Pain de Mie m bread, made from a hotel-original wheat flour blend, Kyushu-produced "Takachiho Fermented Butter," and rich Hokkaido cream and skim concentrated milk, returns in a new limited flavor. This seasonal version combines aromatic coffee, sweet fig, roasted walnut, and chestnut—described as a flavor profile suited for adults. It pairs well on its own or alongside meat dishes, cheese, and wine.
