The dessert is available at the Coffee House The Café on the first floor of the main building, timed to coincide with the Kanagawa/Yokohama Destination Campaign Pre-Campaign.
"Fraîcheur" is a French word meaning "freshness" and "moisture." The pastry chef's creation features a smooth mousse made with white wine, topped with vibrantly colored edible flowers set in champagne jelly — an expression of the beautiful blooms of spring and early summer.
