Hotel New Grand (located at 10 Yamashita-cho, Naka-ku, Yokohama) is offering a limited-edition seasonal sweet called "Fraîcheur" from April 1 (Wed) to June 30 (Tue), 2026. The dessert is available at the Coffee House The Café on the first floor of the main building, timed to coincide with the Kanagawa/Yokohama Destination Campaign Pre-Campaign.

"Fraîcheur" is a French word meaning "freshness" and "moisture." The pastry chef's creation features a smooth mousse made with white wine, topped with vibrantly colored edible flowers set in champagne jelly — an expression of the beautiful blooms of spring and early summer.
