The tea stand features a lineup of sweets that evoke a summer getaway — including a "Watermelon Macaron" with a hint of salt to bring out the watermelon flavor, an "Ocean Verrines" with a refreshing taste inspired by clear blue seas, and a "Lemon Cake" reimagining the classic summer lemon pie. On the savory side, guests can look forward to a "Green Papaya Achar" with South Asian-inspired spices and a "Pan Bagnat" filled with Niçoise-style salad, rounding out a diverse selection of summer flavors.

The Summer Afternoon Tea is also available at Bar Sea Guardian III, a Hotel New Grand-operated restaurant on the 10th floor of Sogo Yokohama.
