The fair is available in three formats: afternoon tea, a weekend-only sweets buffet, and a spring rose parfait. The afternoon tea and parfait run from March 1 to April 30, 2026, while the sweets buffet is offered on six selected weekends starting March 14.

The afternoon tea, "Kodawari Strawberry Sakura Afternoon Tea — Amarin & Kaorin —," puts fresh Amarin and Kaorin strawberries in the spotlight alongside a lineup of spring sweets: sakura mont blanc, sakura and matcha verrine, strawberry mille-feuille, and more. The savory options also incorporate strawberry and cherry blossom elements, with dishes such as strawberry and prosciutto sakura agar tart, salmon marinade with sakura jelly, warm mini croque monsieur with strawberry and sakura camembert, and strawberry pickles with duck rillettes on gougère.
