Among them, Hotel New Otani Makuhari's recommendation is the "Kinmitsu Imo and BOSO Rum Bonbons Chocolat" using "Kinmitsu Imo" from Ishida Farm in Katori City and "BOSO Rum" from Boso Oikura Distillery in Chikura Town, Minami Boso City. The hotel original ganache, which brings out the individuality of the ingredients, is wrapped in smooth white chocolate, offering a high-quality taste.
