From March 2 to May 1, 2026 (Monday through Friday, excluding March 20), Maihama View Hotel by HULIC is hosting a "Strawberry Afternoon Tea" — a seasonal tea experience featuring sweets and savory dishes made with strawberries, cherry blossoms, and other seasonal ingredients. For those who prefer to focus on desserts, a lighter "Strawberry Dessert Stand" option is also available.
Both options allow unlimited time at the table, and the experience begins with a glass of rose tea to open the occasion. The storybook-inspired venue provides an immersive setting for a relaxed afternoon.
Sweets


The dessert spread brings together a range of spring-inspired creations. The "Strawberry Cheesecake with Tonka Bean" features a rich, creamy cheesecake layered over sweetened strawberry confiture, with aromatic tonka bean woven through the filling and a chocolate cherry blossom accent on top.
The "Strawberry Daifuku Scone" combines gyuhi (soft mochi), smooth red bean paste, and fresh cream — all sandwiched in a golden scone and finished with a touch of strawberry fragrance.
Rounding out the lineup: "Strawberry Milk Pudding," a condensed-milk-flavored pudding with a hint of cherry blossom served alongside fresh strawberries and strawberry jelly; "Cherry Blossom Chiffon Cake" with a gentle sakura scent; "Strawberry Tart" decorated with fresh strawberries; and "Strawberry Chocolate Canelé," among other spring sweets.
Savory

The savory selection pairs well alongside the sweets. "Sea Bream Carpaccio with Cherry Blossom" features seasonal sea bream marinated in salted cherry blossoms, bringing together a subtle salinity and floral notes. "Strawberry, Mozzarella, and Spring Turnip Salad" pairs the gentle sweetness of strawberries with crisp spring turnip for a refreshing bite.
Savory dishes are included with the full Afternoon Tea set only.
Fantasy Dining Fleur

The event is held at "Fantasy Dining Fleur," a main dining space designed to evoke the atmosphere of a castle's grand hall. Stained glass–style rose motif decorations and warm, candle-lit lighting create a dramatic and enchanting backdrop for an afternoon tea to remember.
