For Valentine's Day 2026, the pastry chef has prepared five varieties of bonbon chocolates with carefully balanced acidity, bitterness, and aroma. Each piece features a unique personality with brandy, rosemary, fruit, and Japanese black tea, combining noir, milk, and white chocolate in customized ratios for each flavor. These chocolates are perfect as gifts for loved ones or as a treat for yourself.
