Shinagawa Prince Hotel (4-10-30 Takanawa, Minato City, Tokyo) is serving "Pear and Cotton Snow Afternoon Tea" (洋梨と綿雪のアフタヌーンティー) for a limited time from November 16 (Mon), 2026 to January 14 (Thu), 2027 at DINING & BAR TABLE 9 TOKYO, a restaurant with spectacular views from the top floor of the Main Tower.
This winter's afternoon tea takes a new style in which the main plate changes during the sales period. The dreamy world themed on pears and cotton snow stays the same, while the star sweet passes from a gift motif through December to a sheep motif from January, so guests can enjoy a different charm depending on when they visit.
The gift-motif "WHITE GIFT BOX," which conveys thanks for the past year, features a delicate ribbon made by the pâtissier. When the gift box is cracked open, glossy strawberry sauce spills out, adding color to the festive holiday season. From January, to celebrate the arrival of the new year, the plate takes the sheep (未), the zodiac animal of 2027, as its motif, with powdery sponge crumbs expressing fluffy wool in an adorable dish.
The menu also includes items tied to the "pear and cotton snow" theme, such as sweets made with pears and a savory bite of pecorino cheese cream, made from sheep's milk, filled into white choux dough.

The wider Shinagawa area, centered on TAKANAWA GATEWAY CITY and OIMACHI TRACKS, is growing livelier. Embodying its hotel concept "FUN! Goes On," Shinagawa Prince Hotel aims to offer new value that resonates with the evolution of the district through rich dining experiences woven from seasonal ingredients.

Signature

Pear and Caramel White Parfait
Warm caramel syrup is poured over a soft coat of cotton candy, and the parfait changes shape like melting snow. Caramel ice cream is hidden beneath the cotton candy, layered with pear jelly and white chocolate cream. The refreshing sweetness of pear and the aroma of caramel spread with each bite.

Neige de Fromage
Inspired by a pure-white snowy landscape, this fromage mousse hides a pear confiture at its center. The mellow richness of the cheese and the juicy sweetness of the fruit layer together, while light chantilly, meringue, and fragrant, crisp dough add texture. Served with pear gelato, the dish evokes the lingering feel of winter.
Luxury (advance reservation required)

WHITE GIFT BOX
Available November 16 (Mon) to December 31 (Thu), 2026. Advance reservation required.
A dessert that feels like opening a present. Sweet and tart strawberry sauce is hidden inside the pear mousse, and marshmallow-like guimauve and spun sugar form the ribbon. A yogurt espuma enclosing milk sauce accompanies it, letting guests enjoy the changing flavors.

SNOW SHEEP
Available January 1 (Fri) to January 14 (Thu), 2027. Advance reservation required.
An adorable ice cake modeled on a sheep, conveying the joy of the new year. A raspberry sorbet is hidden at the center of the vanilla ice cream, and meringue and crumbs express the fluffy fleece.
