Cafe 33, the all-day dining restaurant at Hyatt Regency Kyoto, is running a summer-limited "Order Viking BBQ & Weekend Churrasco Service" from June 1 to August 31, 2026. The event takes place on the hotel's outdoor terrace, surrounded by greenery, offering a relaxed open-air dining experience.
The format is an order-style buffet — guests can freely order from the menu as much as they like, from their seats throughout the meal. BBQ options cover beef, pork, chicken, lamb, and seafood, with two menu tiers available: the Standard Menu and the Premium Menu.

On Friday and Saturday evenings, chefs and kitchen staff provide a tableside churrasco (carving) service, slicing freshly grilled large cuts of meat directly at the table. The live preparation adds a lively, theatrical element to the dining experience.
For drinks, guests choose from an alcoholic free-flow plan, a non-alcoholic free-flow plan, or a special June-only plan featuring Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label champagne. The outdoor terrace at Cafe 33 suits a range of occasions, from family dinners to meals after visiting nearby cultural spots.
