Harbor Kitchen, the buffet dining restaurant at Hyatt Regency Yokohama (Yamashita-cho, Naka-ku, Yokohama, Kanagawa), has renewed its breakfast from April 1, 2026 (Wednesday). The revamped menu is built around the theme "A Gourmet Journey Around the World — Savoring Global Flavors from Yokohama," bringing together dishes from countries around the world for a special morning dining experience.

The buffet now features an international spread of cuisines inspired by the concept of a "Port Town World Tour." With a focus on the food cultures of various destinations, a diverse range of dishes is available, centered around the live kitchen. Guests can enjoy the feeling of traveling the world without leaving Yokohama.

Live Kitchen

At the live kitchen, chefs prepare each dish fresh in front of guests. Items such as truffle-scented omurice, silky omelettes, and eggs Benedict are each finished one by one, so guests can enjoy the aroma and excitement of freshly made plates.
Asian specialties take the spotlight as well, including Shen Dou Jiang — a Taiwanese breakfast classic made with soy milk, dried shrimp, Zha Cai, black vinegar, and chili oil, served with fried bread sticks for a warm and comforting bowl — and Pho Ga, a Vietnamese chicken noodle soup featuring clear chicken broth, moist chicken, smooth rice noodles, and fragrant herbs. Oriental Curry packed with vegetables and seasoned with West Asian spices, and Asian Baked Eggs round out the global offering.
Western staples such as ham, bacon, and scrambled eggs are also available, alongside Japanese options including simmered dishes, daily grilled fish, steamed rice, and miso soup.
