Yukibou Hakusen (湯喜望 白扇), a hot spring inn in Yonago, Tottori Prefecture, and part of Relo Hotels & Resorts, will change its name to Kaike Hakusen (皆生白扇) on November 6, 2026. To mark the renewal, the inn is offering a commemorative stay plan in which guests can take their time enjoying tagged live Matsuba crab from Tottori in their guest room. The plan is limited to 3 rooms a day.

Tagged Live Matsuba Crab in the Guest Room, Limited to 3 Rooms a Day
Matsuba crab is a signature taste of winter in the San'in region. Kaike Hakusen's renewal commemorative plan features tagged live Matsuba crab from Tottori.
Dinner is served in the room, a spacious 60 square meter Japanese-Western style room. Guests can spend a luxurious winter meal with family or loved ones without worrying about those around them.
For breakfast, the inn offers its own Hakusen's Umi-meshi Breakfast (白扇の海めし朝食). From dinner to breakfast, guests can enjoy the appeal of San'in cuisine.

A New Start as Kaike Hakusen, with Some Services Updated
Along with the name change, the inn will carry out partial renovations and repairs inside the building and review the welcome service in the lobby. In addition to the existing draft beer, a pear drink will be offered, and in the morning, medicinal herbal tea will be available, among other services to enhance guests' stay.
The inn says it will carry on the charm and hospitality it has long valued while offering an even more comfortable stay.
