Roast Beef Kamakurayama, a restaurant that has been delighting food lovers with premium roast beef for over half a century since its founding, is offering a new "2026 Spring Course" at its Yokohama Skybiru location. Available for a limited period from mid-March 2026, the course brings together seasonal spring seafood and the restaurant's traditional roast beef in a single dining experience, all enjoyed with sweeping views of Yokohama from high above the city.

The course opens with a colorful "Seasonal Ingredients Assorted Hors d'oeuvres," followed by "Deep-Fried Young Sweetfish (Ayu)," whose pleasant bitterness is a hallmark of the season. The warm dish — "Hamaguri Clam, Cherry Sea Bream, and Spring Cabbage Marinière" — weaves together the rich, savory broth of the clams, the umami of cherry sea bream, and the natural sweetness of spring cabbage into a deeply satisfying combination. After savoring the spring seafood, guests are invited to enjoy the main attraction: the roast beef.
