KENELE STAND Opens First Osaka Location at Namba Parks, Featuring HUMAN ROBOT's Exclusive "Taccon" Vinyl Figures

KENELE STAND, the capsule toy shop brand by art goods maker Kenelephant, is set to open its first Osaka location — KENELE STAND Namba Parks — on Wednesday, April 1, 2026.

The shop will be located on the 3rd floor of Namba Parks T-terrace and will feature 264 capsule toy machines. Staff will be on-site at all times, and the product lineup will be refreshed on a regular basis, ensuring something new to discover on every visit.

To mark the Namba Parks opening, two store-exclusive colorways of artist HUMAN ROBOT's popular vinyl figure "Gotouchi Obza Dead Taccon" are set to go on sale in June:

  • Gotouchi Obza Dead Taccon Osaka Vivid ver. (pictured left)

Taccon is a takoyaki-themed zombie character from HUMAN ROBOT — a figure-maker and character designer known for original toys as well as manga, anime character goods, and artist collaborations. The character is set in a fictional Osaka where a mysterious zombie virus has spread, its victims drawn irresistibly by the aroma of sauce-covered takoyaki.

Both colorways are priced at ¥7,700 each (tax included), with 50 pieces available per variant. Details on how to purchase will be announced via KENELE STAND's official social media accounts. From opening day on April 1, both figures will be on display at the store.

Beyond capsule toys, the store also includes a merchandise area carrying art goods and soft vinyl figures from the in-house vinyl studio Nakaku Kobo, making it more than just a standard capsule toy shop.

A selection of merchandise items available at the store includes:

UNISUS UNIT

Price: ¥6,600 (tax included)

Pokkoshi Chokinbako Ushishi / Mushishi

Price: ¥1,980 each (tax included)

Munyu no Room Light Pukupuku

Price: ¥4,730 (tax included)

The above images show a selection of available merchandise.

Acryl Tag Plate 365 Pop-Up

The store's first pop-up, "Acryl Tag Plate 365," will feature acrylic tag plates representing every day of the year, from "0101" to "1231." Each piece uses a different combination of colors and patterns, making it possible to choose a tag plate for a special date that is truly one of a kind.

Novelty Campaign

A novelty giveaway campaign will be held for customers who spot the store's opening digital signage at Namba Hiroba. Visitors who see the signage and mention it to in-store staff will receive a novelty item on a first-come, first-served basis. Quantities are limited, and the campaign runs until supplies run out. The display period will be announced via KENELE STAND's official social media accounts.
