Children's clothing brand klädskåp (クレードスコープ), operated by Narumiya International Co., Ltd., is releasing its first-ever collaboration with Kobitos Encyclopedia — the illustrated book series that reaches its 20th anniversary in 2026. The items go on sale April 29, 2026 (Wednesday) at all nationwide klädskåp directly managed stores and at the official online shop, Narumiya Online.

Kobitos Encyclopedia is a popular children's book series that has sold a cumulative total of over 3.2 million copies. The first picture book, Kobitos Encyclopedia, was released in 2006 and is now celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2026.
The series introduces the ecology of mysterious creatures called "Kobitos" — neither insects nor plants — discovered by the protagonist, a boy simply called "me." Strange, unexplained occurrences in everyday life — a refrigerator motor suddenly humming, a TV making a clicking sound, toilet paper corners folded into triangles, grass rustling with no wind — are said to be the work of these creatures.
