Three holiday-only fair donuts, the "holiday donuts collection," will be on sale at koe donuts kyoto (コエ ドーナツ京都), part of the donut factory koe donuts operated by Stripe International, from Sunday, November 1 to Friday, December 25, 2026.
Enjoying the Holiday Season With Flavorful Ingredients
In addition to the previously popular "Matcha Tree" (抹茶ツリー) and "Fluffy Caramel Reindeer" (ふわふわキャラメルトナカイ), the lineup now includes a new "Raspberry Wreath" (ラズベリーリース) made with chewy dough. The donuts use carefully selected ingredients, including organic ingredients and free-range eggs from Kyoto. Making the most of the flavors of sweet-tart raspberry and aromatic organic matcha, they are finished as festive Christmas motifs. They are also suggested for time spent with family and friends, or as a treat for yourself.

Raspberry Wreath (ラズベリーリース)
A chewy donut dough is topped with a sweet-tart raspberry glaze. Raspberry craquant (ラズベリークラッカン) and pistachios, meant to look like ornaments, are scattered over the top to represent a Christmas wreath. Offering colorful decoration and a mix of textures, it is this year's new item.

Matcha Tree (抹茶ツリー)
