The lineup centers on a new shaved ice served with syrup poured from test tubes, alongside a castella-based drink and a retro-style mix juice.

This season brings a new "Shaved Ice ICE LAB," served with syrup poured from a test tube. As if conducting an experiment in a lab, guests can pour on their choice of three specialty syrups made with carefully sourced ingredients — Nara-grown strawberry (Kotoka), Uji matcha, and condensed milk — and enjoy how the flavor changes. It's a chance to indulge the senses with a bit of delicious experimentation while out shopping.
