Kuzefuku Shoten, a Japanese food select shop operated by St.Cousair Co., Ltd. (headquartered in Iizuna Town, Nagano), has launched two new products — "Kinugoshi Namaraka Pudding" (Silky Smooth Pudding) and "Kinugoshi Namaraka Jelly" (Silky Smooth Jelly) — at stores nationwide from May 26, 2026.
New "Silky Smooth Pudding" and "Silky Smooth Jelly"

These new products use a "non-sterilization process" — a rare method in Japan. Unlike typical products, no heat sterilization is applied just before finishing, which preserves the natural flavors and aromas of the ingredients without compromising them.
As the name suggests, the defining feature is a silky-smooth texture. The melt-in-your-mouth feel is designed to be enjoyed by people of all ages, and the extremely simple list of ingredients is another appealing point.
Lineup
Matcha Pudding: Uses matcha supervised by Suda Judan — a tea master holding the highest certification rank ("Judan") in tea quality evaluation. The balance of gentle bitterness and refined sweetness makes it an adult-oriented treat.
Kuri Kinton Jelly: Made with Japanese chestnut paste from Ibaraki Prefecture, delivering a thick, rich texture reminiscent of traditional kuri kinton (sweetened chestnut paste).
Mandarin and Peach Jelly: Made with carefully selected juice from domestic fruits, using only fruit juice, sugar, and agar, letting the natural sweetness of the fruit come through directly.
