KANAYA RESORTS Co., Ltd. (Location: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo / President and CEO: Joji Kanaya) and Sakai Shokuhin Co., Ltd. (Location: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo / President and CEO: Shingo Sakai) will host a collaborative event at Hirakawacho Kanaya (Location: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) on January 23, 2026 (Friday), under the theme "SAVEURS AU HASHI" (French for "Flavors Enjoyed with Chopsticks"). This unique half-buffet-style event celebrates the meeting of chopsticks and haute cuisine.
This special dinner carries on the legacy of the legendary restaurant "Western Dining Room John Kanaya Azabu," with chefs from Sakai Hiroyuki's La Rochelle and KANAYA RESORTS coming together to propose a new style of culinary experience that fuses Western and Japanese traditions.

A free-flow pairing will be available during the event. Guests can order sake, champagne, various wines, and soft drinks at the bar counter. All beverages and service charges are included in the price.
