Shinagawa Prince Hotel (Location: 4-10-30 Takanawa, Minato-ku, Tokyo; General Manager: Shingo Haruyama), a hotel dedicated to creating FUN experiences, will host a special two-day limited dinner event titled "Spring Feast - A Duet of Chinese and French Cuisine" on February 20 (Friday) and 21 (Saturday), 2026, at the Main Tower 4F Chinese restaurant Shinagawa Daihanten.
A Celebration of Spring Through Culinary Fusion

Executive Chef Akiyo Abiko, who was appointed to the role last spring, and Chef Nobuhiro Fujii, who has long led the hotel's Chinese cuisine, have created a special course menu that respects each other's individuality and fuses the profound flavors of Chinese cuisine with the refined techniques of French cuisine. With the theme of "the elegance of cherry blossoms and budding greenery," this unique culinary experience goes beyond simple fusion, creating a harmonious blend of Western and Chinese cuisine that expresses the arrival of spring.
The menu showcases the sincerity and aesthetic sensibilities of chefs who remain faithful to fundamentals, earnestly engaging with the essence of French cuisine's techniques of depicting depth through fresh ingredients and sauces, and Chinese cuisine's mastery of building umami through heat control and layered flavors. Each carefully crafted dish can be enjoyed during this exclusive two-day special dinner.
Under the hotel concept "FUN! Goes On," Shinagawa Prince Hotel will continue to create memorable moments for guests through this special feast where the chefs' sensibilities and techniques harmonize, delivering the joy and surprise that food brings, along with an extraordinary dining experience that celebrates seasonal transitions.
