An exclusive gourmet gathering will take place at Yoshimura, a Japanese restaurant frequented by discerning food enthusiasts. The establishment is helmed by Head Chef Koichi Tomizawa, who has received the Yellow Ribbon Medal of Honor.

In addition to exquisite cuisine, guests will enjoy a live tuna dissection show performed by Toyosu Yamayoshi, a specialized tuna wholesaler from Toyosu Market. The tuna will be served immediately after dissection, and guests will also receive portions to take home.
