La'gent Stay Hakodate Ekimae (located at 12-8 Wakamatsu-cho, Hakodate / General Manager: Kenichi Sato) completed renovations of select top-floor guest rooms in February 2026. Following the first phase renewal, this second phase introduces two new room types, further pursuing the hotel's concept of "comfortable stays" in newly refined relaxation spaces.
'Sorafune' (Sky Ship)
Drawing inspiration from the floating imagery of ships moored in the harbor, the mystical fog enveloping Hakodate, and the ever-changing seascape, this room concept embodies a sense of "buoyancy." Designed as a hideaway where guests can forget daily life, the top-floor windows offer views of Hakodate Bay and Hakodate Station, the terminal of the Hakodate Main Line.

'Ginka' (Silver Flowers)
Named after the seasonal word "Ginka," this room captures the fleeting yet beautiful moments of Hakodate—snow falling on the harbor illuminated by light, as if silver flowers dance in the night sky.
The room features "ripple panels" on the walls expressing the mystical light and fog shimmer befitting the name "Ginka." The opposite wall displays artistic washi paper art representing silver flowers, creating a luxurious atmosphere with Japanese aesthetic charm.
Additionally, equipped as a theater room with a projector, large screen, and surround sound system, guests can enjoy cinematic immersion.
