Starting June 2, 2026, Otaru Western Confectionery LeTAO's official online shop is offering a new lineup of summer sweets under the theme "Summer happiness that nourishes the heart." The collection features four items, each highlighting Hokkaido-grown ingredients and designed for the warmer months.

Melon Charman
Opening the lid releases the sweet aroma of Hokkaido red-flesh melon. The glossy jelly on top, the freshly piped chantilly cream, and the mousse layer beneath all use Hokkaido red-flesh melon generously throughout. The melon's fruity richness and a smooth mascarpone mousse blend together, delivering layers of flavor in every bite.

Cafe au Lait Roll
