YOTEL Tokyo Ginza's Summer Afternoon Tea Begins at Komyuniti on June 15

Komyuniti, the all-day dining restaurant and bar on the first floor of YOTEL Tokyo Ginza, is launching a Summer Afternoon Tea from June 15 (Monday) through September 14 (Sunday), 2026.

The summer-inspired menu features a selection of sweets that capture the season's colors and flavors — vibrant passion fruit and citron macarons, baked cheesecake with a bright lemon marmalade tang, and financier pistache topped with raspberry confiture. A tiramisu rounds out the dessert course.

The savory course includes five dishes made with carefully selected seasonal ingredients: a jambon blanc sandwich using green tea-raised pork from Kujukuri, foie gras mousse with exotic mango, a summer vegetable gazpacho with eel, cucumber, and myoga on a tortilla, and shrimp and water shield flavored with hojicha and tosa vinegar.

Guests who book online receive a complimentary welcome drink — "Ocean Breeze," a vivid blue mocktail evoking a summer beach, with orange and lemon citrus and a refreshing hit of soda.

For drinks, the premium tea brand Sumik Tea is featured, offering around 15 types of coffee and tea in a free-flow format (up to 120 minutes). The selection includes three seasonal-limited flavors: Coconut Mango, Muscat Champagne, and Passion Fruit Lychee.
