Miyako Hotel Kyoto Hachijo Brings Back the Popular "Ekimae Beer Hall" This Summer with an Enhanced Menu

The "Ekimae Beer Hall" is returning to Miyako Hotel Kyoto Hachijo for summer 2026. The event will be held at the hotel's Dining Café & Bar "Rondo" from Saturday, June 27 to Wednesday, September 30, 2026.

Following last year's successful run, the event has been revamped with a more substantial food lineup in response to guest feedback. The plan pairs an all-you-can-drink selection — including draft beer and barrel-fresh sparkling wine — with a range of dishes such as spare ribs and frankfurters, making it a great option for summer evenings after work or casual gatherings with friends.

Ekimae Beer Hall Overview

The plan includes 3 cold dishes and 5 hot dishes, plus unlimited beverages.

Event Period: June 27, 2026 (Sat) to September 30, 2026 (Wed)

Hours: 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM (2-hour sessions; last order 15 minutes before closing)

  • Weekdays: ¥6,000
  • Weekends & Holidays: ¥6,500

About the Sparkling Wine: Pro Dry (Barrel-Fresh)

The Pro Dry is a lightly sparkling wine suited for those who prefer milder carbonation. Made from the Glera grape variety, it delivers a light body with firm, refreshing acidity. Its aromas of freshly cut green apple, pineapple, and lemon make it a familiar and easy-drinking sparkling wine.
