Mr. CHEESECAKE, founded by French restaurant-trained chef Koji Tamura, is known for its signature rich yet delicate cheesecakes that melt instantly on the tongue, reminiscent of fine restaurant desserts. The brand primarily operates through its official online store and has expanded to physical locations including Gransta Tokyo Station, Haneda Airport, and its flagship GINZA SIX store which opened on April 4, 2025. The GINZA SIX location offers cake sales, café service, and weekend-exclusive dessert courses designed by Chef Tamura.
Winter Dessert Course
The popular weekend-only dessert course at GINZA SIX is being updated with a winter-themed menu titled "Deliciousness to Savor in Winter." The course will feature dishes using seasonal strawberries and citrus fruits, warm water yōkan with cacao aroma, and savory plates incorporating potato and puff pastry.
Available from February 7 (Sat) to February 22 (Sun), 2026 on Saturdays and Sundays only, Chef Koji Tamura will be personally present at the store throughout the entire period to serve guests.
Winter Dessert Course (6 dishes + 3 drinks)
Chef Koji Tamura has created this winter-exclusive dessert course themed around "Deliciousness to Savor in Winter." The menu includes dishes featuring seasonal strawberries and citrus fruits, warm water yōkan with spreading cacao aroma, and a savory plate using potato and puff pastry—flavors that warm both body and heart during the cold season.

Chef Koji Tamura Profile

Born in Miura City, Kanagawa Prefecture. After graduating from Shinjuku Culinary School, he started his career at Restaurant FEU in Nogizaka. He participated in launching the Michelin two-star Edition Koji Shimomura in Roppongi. After serving at L'AS in Omotesando for about three years, he went to France, training at the Michelin three-star Mirazur in Menton, southern France (ranked #1 in World's 50 Best Restaurants 2019), and the one-star Restaurant ES in Paris before returning to Japan in 2016. In 2017, at just 31 years old, he became chef of TIRPSE, which earned a Michelin star in record time. He was selected for the World's 50 Best Restaurants "Discovery series Asia category" and received the "Gault&Millau Japon 2018 Promising Young Chef Award." Currently, he continues to create memorable daily experiences through the deliciousness of his life's best cheesecake, "Mr. CHEESECAKE."
