Nadir Güllü, the legendary Istanbul-based baklava brand with over 180 years of history, is bringing back its Cold Pistachio Baklava (コールドピスタチオバクラヴァ) at the Nadir Güllü Matsuya Ginza store starting Tuesday, June 23, 2026.
What Is the Cold Pistachio Baklava?
The Cold Pistachio Baklava takes Nadir Güllü's signature Pistachio Baklava and soaks it in Hokkaido milk, then finishes it with a topping of Belgian chocolate flakes.
The milk softens the flaky pastry layers and gives the baklava a gentler, more mellow flavor, resulting in a lighter texture compared to the classic version.
This is a new-concept cold sweet unlike anything previously available in Japan — a refreshing experience for baklava fans and newcomers alike.
