Nagoya Prince Hotel Sky Tower (Location: 4-60-12 Hiraike-cho, Nakamura-ku, Nagoya, Aichi; General Manager: Toshihisa Yamamura) will host the second installment of its Strawberry Sweets & Lunch Buffet series, the "Strawberry & Japanese Sweets Lunch Buffet -Waka-," at the hotel's 31st floor restaurant "Sky Dining Tenkū" from March 20, 2026 (Friday, holiday) through June 4, 2026 (Thursday).

The second installment features the theme of strawberries × Japanese sweets. Innovative hybrid desserts include the "Strawberry Daifuku-Style Nagopuri Mont Blanc," a fusion of mont blanc and strawberry daifuku, and "Mikawa Mirin-Flavored Anko Butter Grilled Castella with Strawberries," inspired by Nagoya's famous small toast treat. The anko butter grilled castella features zarame-sugar castella made with Mikawa mirin, grilled with butter until fragrant, and topped with sweet red bean paste, fresh cream, and strawberries. This creates a distinctly Nagoya-style flavor experience. Other offerings include "Strawberry Chocolate Fountain & Anko Fondue" where guests can enjoy their choice of toppings such as banana, three-color shiratama (rice flour dumplings), and the addictively sweet-salty combination of kakino tane (rice crackers), as well as "Strawberry & Kinako Shortcake" and "Strawberry & Matcha Japanese Parfait," among a diverse selection of Japanese sweets centered around strawberries.

Additionally, the popular weekday-limited event from the first installment continues. In the second installment, every Thursday guests can enjoy unlimited fresh Aichi strawberries. Experience strawberries in their natural sweetness, or dip them in chocolate or anko for different taste combinations in this Thursday-exclusive special experience.
All strawberries used in the buffet are sourced from Aichi Prefecture, including varieties such as "Benihoppe," "Yume no Ka," and "Akihime." Guests can enjoy a relaxing time savoring the aromatic Aichi strawberries harmonized with the sweetness of Japanese confections.
