Starting March 1st, 2026, Nagoya Tokyu Hotel will launch a spring weekend buffet titled "Spring in Full Bloom - Spring Fair" at their all-day dining restaurant "Montmartre." The event runs through April 26th on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays only.

The buffet showcases seasonal spring ingredients including canola flowers, new onions, white asparagus, and other spring vegetables. Chefs prepare each dish to highlight the natural flavors of these fresh ingredients. The event is designed to accommodate various occasions, from family gatherings to farewell and welcome parties during the seasonal transition period.
