Nagoya Prince Hotel Sky Tower (Location: 4-60-12 Hiraike-cho, Nakamura-ku, Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture, General Manager: Toshihisa Yamamura) will host the "Meat Bar Dinner Buffet MEAT NIGHT" at the hotel's 31st-floor restaurant "Sky Dining Tenku" from March 20, 2026 (Friday, Holiday) through June 4, 2026 (Thursday).

This special buffet features a diverse selection of meat dishes that maximize the appeal of beef, pork, and chicken. The highlight is the "Domestic Beef Shaliapin Steak with Hatcho Miso Sauce," which incorporates Hatcho miso, a traditional Aichi seasoning. The steak is tenderized by marinating in grated onions, creating a juicy result that chefs grill right in front of guests. Additional offerings include roast chicken with maple balsamic glaze that enhances the meat's flavor with sweet and tangy notes, and honey mustard roast pork with a savory finish. These carefully prepared meat dishes deliver the hearty, satisfying experience characteristic of a meat bar.

On Thursdays only, the buffet includes a special "Onion Gratin Soup Wrapped in Puff Pastry," featuring rich onion gratin soup and melted cheese wrapped in crispy baked puff pastry as a once-a-week treat.
