NEUHAUS, the Belgian Royal Warrant chocolate brand based in Brussels, Belgium, has begun accepting pre-orders for its 2026 Valentine's limited collection.

Sales will start sequentially at department stores nationwide from mid-January.

Since its founding in 1857, NEUHAUS has delivered special collections while balancing tradition and innovation. For Valentine's 2026, the brand presents special chocolates expressing a unique moment where sensibility and craftsmanship resonate together under the theme "A Symphony of Love."

Collaboration with Michelin 2-Star Restaurant "Nuance"

NEUHAUS collaboration with Michelin restaurant

This collection was born from a collaboration with "Nuance," a Michelin 2-star restaurant in Duffel, Belgium. Chef Thierry Theys and his wife Sophie, who handles hospitality, have built a philosophy of "harmony" that intertwines with the sensibility of NEUHAUS's Maître Chocolatier, creating chocolates that tell a story with each piece.

2026 New Chocolate Creations

The collection's stars are heart-shaped chocolates symbolizing love. From the combination of ingredients to texture and aftertaste, every detail pursues delicate balance.

Red Heart chocolate

Red Heart

A piece where the vibrant acidity of raspberry ganache is accentuated by a subtle hint of chili. Layered with vanilla-scented biscuit and pecan nut praline for a deeply nuanced flavor.

Heart Milk chocolate

Heart Milk

Rich salted butter caramel wrapped in the smoothness of milk chocolate. The fragrant roasted almonds add a delightfully light texture.

Heart Dark chocolate

Heart Dark

Inside the rich dark chocolate, speculoos with cinnamon and hazelnut praline. Fresh mandarin ganache adds a refreshing aftertaste, creating an impressive flavor.

About NEUHAUS

NEUHAUS brand logo

Founded in 1857, NEUHAUS is celebrating its 169th year as an original Belgian chocolate shop with its flagship store in Galerie de la Reine, Brussels, Belgium. The brand has appeared at the World Expo held in Belgium and built close ties with the Belgian Royal Family, earning the prestigious Belgian Royal Warrant.

Beginning as a pharmacy, founder Jean Neuhaus first coated medicine with chocolate to delight customers. Later, third-generation Jean Neuhaus Jr. inherited his grandfather's vision and created the bite-sized bonbon chocolates that continue to this day.

Jean Neuhaus Jr.'s wife developed the Ballotin box, which became the origin of chocolate boxes. Today, NEUHAUS is beloved worldwide as an indispensable brand in chocolate history.
