Nicolai Bergmann NOMU aoyama in Tokyo is hosting a limited-time collaboration cafe with Mikkeller, a Danish craft beer brand, from October 2 (Fri) to October 31 (Sat), 2026. The two brands share their roots in Denmark, which led to the collaboration.
The cafe serves Mikkeller craft beer, original food that pairs well with beer, and autumn-style sweets made with dark beer. Inside, Mikkeller's playful, pop world is combined with Nicolai Bergmann's delicate flower design, and the cafe is decorated with an autumn and Halloween atmosphere.
Nicolai Bergmann NOMU × Mikkeller Fish & Chips
This is an original NOMU fish & chips dish designed to go well with craft beer. Cod is fried to be light on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and is served with a generous amount of remoulade sauce made to Mikkeller's original recipe. Crisp sweet potato chips seasoned with the fresh acidity of vinegar and a moderate saltiness come alongside. The natural sweetness of the sweet potato, the sharp tang of the vinegar, and the savory flavor of the cod combine into a taste that keeps you coming back.

¥1,210 (tax included) (beer is charged separately)
Nicolai Bergmann NOMU × Mikkeller Apple Pumpkin Pie
This original NOMU dessert is a crisp pie crust filled with gently sweet apple and pumpkin. It comes with smooth, mild caramel whipped cream and is finished with a special sauce that combines Mikkeller's imperial stout "Beer Geek Dessert" with brown sugar. The rich, roasted flavors reminiscent of chocolate, roasted cacao, and caramel, along with a creamy, thick texture and a pleasant bitterness, wrap around the gentle sweetness of the apple and pumpkin. The deep, rich taste and lingering finish of the imperial stout set this dessert apart from the usual autumn sweets.

MIKKELLER NZ

The cafe serves three craft beers from "MIKKELLER NZ." The series was developed jointly by Mikkeller and Garage Project, an experimental brewery in Wellington, New Zealand, and is brewed exclusively for the Japanese market.
MIKKELLER NZ (each): 440 ml, ¥1,320 (tax included)
Mysterious Path

- Hops: Saaz, Nelson, Simcoe, Motueka, Citra
Based on a Bohemian-style pilsner, with the character of New Zealand hops layered on top. It has aromas reminiscent of citrus and white grapes and a crisp finish, balancing refreshment with a playful hop character.
Forest Friends

- Style: West Coast IPA (Alc. 6%)
- Hops: Simcoe, Taiheke, Riwaka

Windy Hill

- Style: NEIPA (Alc. 7%)
- Hops: Motueka, Taiheke, Mosaic, Citra, Nelson
New Zealand hops bring out aromas of lime, mango, and gooseberry. Despite its 7% alcohol content, it is light to drink, with a tropical, soft haze.
